أنا أحب التخطيط. أحب أرتب، أجهز، أعمل قوائم، وأفكر في التفاصيل الصغيرة اللي يمكن ما ينتبه لها أحد.

الحفلات والمناسبات تحديدًا؟ هذا جوي. 🤍

فطبعًا، لما جاء وقت التخطيط لزفافي، كنت متحمسة.

لكن اكتشفت بسرعة أن التخطيط للزفاف شيء مختلف تمامًا.

مو لأن الخيارات قليلة… بالعكس، الخيارات كانت أكثر من اللازم.

كل ما أعجبني مورد، أحفظ حسابه.

كل ما شفت فستانًا حبيته، أخذت له لقطة شاشة.

قاعة هنا، مصورة هناك، فكرة ديكور في مكان ثاني… وأقول: «حرجع لها بعدين».

وبعد فترة، صار عندي سؤال واحد يتكرر:

فين شفت هذا أصلًا؟ 😂

ومن هنا بدأت أفكر: ليش ما يكون فيه مكان واحد أجمع فيه كل هذا؟

مكان أعرف فيه ايش أنجزت، ايش باقي، كم صرفت، مين ضيوفي، مين الموردين اللي عجبوني، وكيف بيكون يوم الزفاف نفسه.

وهكذا بدأت فكرة فرح.

ما كنت أبغى أسوي مجرد تطبيق فيه قوائم ومواعيد. كنت أبغى أسوي الشيء اللي كنت أتمنى يكون موجود وأنا أخطط لزفافي.

مكان يساعدني أرتب كل شيء، لكن في نفس الوقت يخليني أستمتع بالرحلة بدل ما أحس أني طول الوقت ألحق وراها.

وصممنا فرح خصيصًا للعروس السعودية، لأن تفاصيل أفراحنا وطريقة تخطيطنا لها لها طابعها الخاص. وهو متوفر بالعربي والإنجليزي، عشان كل عروس تستخدمه بالطريقة اللي تناسبها.

وحتى فكرة الإشعارات ما جاءت بالصدفة.

عندي تطبيق لتعلم لغة موجود في جوالي من زمان، مع إني نادرًا ما أفتحه. لكني ما حذفته أبدًا.

ليه؟

الإشعارات الصغيرة اللي توصلني كل صباح. كلمات بسيطة، لكنها دائمًا تخليني أبتسم وأبدأ يومي بشعور حلو.

ومن هنا جاءت فكرة إشعارات فرح.

مو بس عشان تذكرك وش عليكِ، لكن عشان تذكرك بين فترة وفترة إنك تتنفسين، وتستمتعين، وتعيشين هالفترة… لأنها جزء من فرحتك بعد. 🤍

لأن زفافك مو مجرد يوم تخططين له.

هو بداية فصل جديد تعيشينه من الآن.

وهذا هو فرح.

لأن الفرح يبدأ قبل الزفاف. 🤍

I've always loved planning and organizing things. Give me a party, a list, a spreadsheet, or a hundred little details to figure out — I'm in my element.

So when I started planning my own wedding, I thought I'd enjoy every second of it.

And I did… mostly. 🤍

What surprised me was how difficult it was to keep everything together.

Finding vendors meant searching through Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and different platforms. I'd save a photographer here, screenshot a dress there, bookmark a venue, and tell myself I'd come back to it later.

Of course, "later" often meant trying to remember where I had seen it in the first place.

I realized the problem wasn't a lack of information. There was almost too much of it — just scattered everywhere.

That's where Farah began.

I wanted one beautiful, practical place where a bride could organize her entire wedding journey: her checklist, budget, guest list, wedding-day timetable, vendors, and all those options she wants to come back to before making a decision.

Farah was created specifically for Saudi brides, with Arabic and English at its heart, and with the details of our weddings and the way we plan them in mind.

But I also wanted Farah to feel like more than a place to tick things off a list.

There's a language-learning app I've kept on my phone for years, even though I barely use it anymore. I kept it for one simple reason: the little notifications it sends me every morning. They're short, encouraging, and somehow always manage to put me in a good mood.

That stayed with me.

So Farah's notifications are there for a reason too — not just to remind you what's next, but to remind you to pause, enjoy the moment, and remember that the planning is part of the celebration.
