These terms govern your use of the Farah app and website (farah-app.com), operated by Bellevie Company, a limited liability company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Unified National Number 7054771246. By using the app or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

1. Your Account

• You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may delete your account at any time through your “My account” page. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Farah Premium Subscription

• Farah Premium is available through monthly or annual subscriptions at the prices displayed in the app at the time of purchase. A 7-day free trial may be available to users who have not previously used one.
• Payments and subscription management are handled through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• If you do not cancel your free trial before it ends, your paid subscription will begin automatically.
• You can turn off auto-renewal through your subscription settings in the App Store or Google Play. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.

3. Invitations

• Invitations are sent using packs purchased within the app. Each invitation sent to a guest uses one credit.
• If an invitation cannot be delivered, the credit used will be returned to your account.
• Unused credits are not refundable.
• Farah's own designs are included at no additional cost with invitation packs. Designer-created designs are purchased separately through a one-time payment per design, and the price is displayed in the order summary before purchase.
• Purchasing a design allows you to use it across all your events until 3 days after your last event date.
• Once the first invitation is sent, the couple's names are locked to the design. You may edit them once to correct a mistake. Any further changes to the couple's names require purchasing the design again.
• You may edit the hosts' names, mothers' names, and other invitation details at any time.
• Invitation links remain active until 3 days after the event date, after which they expire.
• You are responsible for ensuring your guests' mobile numbers are accurate and that invitations are sent to them via WhatsApp with their knowledge and consent.

4. Refund Policy

• All in-app purchases, including subscriptions, invitation packs, and invitation designs, are non-refundable once completed, except where required by applicable law.
• Payments and refund requests are processed through Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies. Farah cannot issue refunds directly.
• If a technical issue prevents you from accessing or using your purchase, please contact us at support@farah-app.com, and we will work to resolve it.

5. Consent to Share Usage Information for Refund Requests

When you submit a refund request to Apple, Apple may request information from Farah about your use of the purchase to help assess your request. By completing an in-app purchase, you agree that we may share limited information with Apple, including whether the purchased content was delivered, how much of it was used (such as invitations sent or Premium features accessed), the age of your account, and your purchase and refund history. We do not share your invitation content or guests' personal information.

6. Vendor Directory

• Vendor information in the directory is provided for informational purposes only. Farah is not a party to any agreement or transaction between you and a vendor and does not guarantee the quality or pricing of their services.
• The “Verified” badge indicates that Farah has confirmed the account holder's connection to the listed business. It does not guarantee the quality of its services.

7. Acceptable Use

• You may not use the app to send spam, offensive or unlawful content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
• Farah may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

• Intellectual property rights in the app, its designs, logos, and content, including invitation designs and monograms, belong to Bellevie Company or their respective rights holders. They may not be copied or used outside the app without the necessary permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide Farah's services to the highest possible standard. However, the app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use or for message delivery delays caused by third-party services such as WhatsApp.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time and will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the app after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
